Veggie Stir Fry


Veggie Stir Fry:

1 bag of tofu shirataki noodles
half a pound of pre-cooked shrimp
one bag of asian medley frozen veggies
4 cloves of garlic, chopped

Sauce:

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup of water
Flour to thicken

Directions:

Cook the frozen veggies in a frying pan over medium heat
Add shrimp
Add garlic
Wash tofu noodles in a strainer, dry thoroughly, cut up and add to pan
Once everything in the pan is thoroughly heated add sauce
Keep over medium heat until sauce thickens
